Your Kilimanjaro expedition commences at the Londorossi Gate. The trail winds through lush rainforests filled with unique flora and fauna. After a gradual ascent, you’ll reach the Mti Mkubwa Camp, surrounded by the sounds of the jungle as you rest for the night.

Today’s trek takes you to the Lava Tower, an imposing volcanic formation. While you won’t sleep here, the altitude gain and descent will aid in acclimatization. You’ll then descend to Barranco Camp for a well-deserved rest.
