Tarangire National Park is Tanzania's sixth-largest park, famous for its massive elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. During the dry season (June-October), the Tarangire River becomes a lifeline, drawing thousands of animals from the surrounding ecosystem.

The park's diverse landscapes include rolling savanna, seasonal swamps, and ancient baobab forests. With over 550 bird species, it's a paradise for birdwatchers. The park is less crowded than Serengeti and Ngorongoro, offering a more intimate safari experience.
